Despite the current website performing well, some recent usability testing had flagged some areas for possible improvement. Visualise were initially tasked with compiling a report detailing thoughts on first impressions, look and feel, site function, content and suggestions for improvement.
With my investigation work completed and suggestions agreed I went about designing two separate sites. The first, a fully responsive desktop to mobile site and secondly a very minimal dedicated mobile site focused around a comparison/lead generation questionnaire.
It was imperative that both sites maintained a price comparison element with the responsive site offering more content for mobile, re-enforcing the companies knowledge and authority.
The final designs are welcoming and attractive to the stairlift market, easy to navigate and clearly suggest the product offering. Both sites will be A/B tested to compare visitor retention and their lead generation properties.
